At A1X Research, Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our returns and refund policy before making a purchase.

 

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving their order and provide:

Order number.

Description of the issue.

Clear photos of the product and packaging.

Items must remain un-opened and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and verified.

Please allow 3–10 business days for refund processing depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

 

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Change of mind purchases.

Incorrect orders placed by the customer.

Products that have been opened, used or tampered with.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact our support team as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
